Ethical code of the company
Basic principles
- KINEX BEARINGS believes in high moral values, places emphasis on compliance with legal regulations and legal standards and does not tolerate any unethical, illegal or fraudulent conduct.
- Each employee is obliged to work properly to the best of his/her ability, knowledge and skills and to avoid any action that jeopardizes the legitimate interests of KINEX BEARINGS and its partners.
- This Code of Conduct is binding on management, tribal employees and temporary employees (agency) employees of the Company. Compliance with the principles of the Code of Ethics will be required also be passed on to business partners, with particular emphasis on KINEX BEARINGS’ suppliers
Protection of the company’s reputation
- KINEX BEARINGS is a company with a long tradition and a name that are among its most important values and have become synonymous with the products that KINEX BEARINGS produces.
- The management and employees of KINEX BEARINGS take care to maintain the company’s reputation and avoid any action that could jeopardise or damage the company’s reputation and the trust of its customers, shareholders, suppliers and other partners.
Prevention of unethical conduct and conflicts of interest
- All decisions made by KINEX BEARINGS employees and members of management in the performance of their duties shall be made without regard to personal interest or benefit at the expense of the interest and benefit of the Company. In doing so, they shall not accept or provide any gift, hospitality or other benefit that could create a future obligation to its originators, or even the appearance of such an obligation, taking into account common sense, local custom or practice.
- Employees, business partners and customers of KINEX BEARINGS are allowed to bring unethical or unlawful conduct to the attention of KINEX BEARINGS through the procedures established for this purpose (Whistleblowing Policy).
Equal treatment and mutual respect
- The management and employees of KINEX BEARINGS observe the principles of equal treatment in the performance of their work activities, consisting in the prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of sex, religion or belief, race, membership of a nationality or ethnic group, disability, age, sexual orientation, marital and family status, colour, language, political or other opinion, nationality, property, or notification of antisocial activity.
- The management and employees of KINEX BEARINGS, through their behaviour and communication, express mutual respect and build trust, which is a prerequisite for effective teamwork.
Social responsibility
- KINEX BEARINGS is aware of the broader impact of its business and therefore promotes the principles of social responsibility and sustainability, while not tolerating forced labour, child labour, modern slavery, human trafficking and similar abuses.
- KINEX BEARINGS management creates and ensures effective procedures for social dialogue and communication with employees.
Protection of confidential information
- KINEX BEARINGS is committed to protecting the intellectual property, trade secrets and personal information of all parties involved from misuse, destruction, leakage and tampering.
- The management and employees of KINEX BEARINGS shall maintain confidentiality of the facts which they have learned in the course of their employment and which, in the interest of the company, may not be shared with third parties.

- KINEX BEARINGS employees shall comply with the principles of health and safety, environmental protection, labour laws, quality control and management standards and other work rules. These principles are defined in detail in other internal regulations of KINEX BEARINGS.
