Ihlové Ložiská s Vnútorným Krúžkom NKI, NKIS, NA48, NA49, NA69
Ihlové ložiská s nákružkami s vnútorným krúžkom sa dodávajú v týchto prevedeniach: NKI, NKIS, NA48, NA49, NA69.
Prevedenie s vnútorným krúžkom sa používa vtedy, keď nie je možné na hriadeli urobiť obežnú dráhu. Vonkajší krúžok s klietkou a vnútorný krúžok môžu byť montované samostatne. So zreteľom na výrobné tolerancie a teplotnú rozťažnosť pripojovacích súčastí v prevádzke, nesmú byť prekročené hodnoty posunutia „s“, uvedené v rozmerových tabuľkách. V prípade, že tabuľkové hodnoty nestačia, tak môžu byť ihlové ložiská kombinované so širšími krúžkami IR a LR ako sú uvedené v rozmerových tabuľkách. Pre mazanie majú ložiská mazaciu drážku a mazací otvor okrem ložísk NKI s d ≤ 7 mm.
Hlavné rozmery
Hlavné rozmery ihlových ložísk, uvedených v rozmerových tabuľkách, zodpovedajú medzinárodnému rozmerovému plánu ISO 1206.
Označovanie
Označovanie ihlových ložísk v základnom vyhotovení je uvedené v rozmerových tabuľkách.
Presnosť
Ihlové ložiská sa bežne vyrábajú v normálnom stupni presnosti P0 (znak P0 sa neuvádza). Pre zvláštne prípady uloženia, náročné na presnosť, sa dodávajú ložiská vo vyššom stupni presnosti P6.
Radiálna vôľa
Bežne vyrábané ihlové ložiská majú normálnu radiálnu vôľu, ktorá sa neoznačuje. Pre zvláštne prípady uloženia sa dodávajú ložiská so zmenšenou (C2), alebo zväčšenou (C3, C4, C5) radiálnou vôľou. Pre ihlové ložiská s vnútorným krúžkom veľkosť radiálnej vôle zodpovedá norme ISO 5753-1.
Klietky
Ihlové ložiská majú oceľovú klietku, ktorá sa neoznačuje. Pre zvláštne prípady uloženia sa vyrábajú niektoré ložiská, ktoré majú polyamidovú klietku, ktorá sa označuje TV. Dodávku ložísk s touto klietkou je potrebné vopred prerokovať.
Naklopiteľnosť
Pre ihlové ložiská s vnútorným krúžkom je vzájomná naklopiteľnosť krúžkov veľmi malá. Prípustné hodnoty naklopenia sú do 2´. Naklopiteľnosť je závislá od vnútornej konštrukcie ložiska, radiálnej vôle v prevádzke a síl a momentov pôsobiacich na ložisko. Z toho dôvodu je uvedená len približná hodnota.
