Innenringe
Innenringe sind aus gehärtetem Wälzlagerstahl gefertigt und haben feinbearbeitete oder geschliffene Laufbahnen.
Sie werden eingesetzt, wenn:
• bei Nadelkränzen, Nadelhülsen, Nadelbüchsen, Nadellagern die Welle nicht als Laufbahn genutzt werden kann
• Nadellager mit breiteren Innenringen kombiniert werden müssen, um größere Axialverschiebungen der Welle gegenüber dem Gehäuse zu ermöglichen
• optimale Laufflächen für die Dichtlippen notwendig sind.

Die Innenringe sind den folgenden Ausführungen erhältlich:
- Innenring IR – normale Genauigkeit nach DIN 620
- Innenring LR – mit größeren Toleranzen, siehe Maßtabelle

Innenringe IR
Bei den Innenringe IR ist die Laufbahn feinbearbeitet. Fasen an den Stirnseiten ermöglichen ein leichtes Einführen in die Lager und verhindern, dass die Dichtlippen der Lager beschädigt werden. Die Innenringe gibt es mit und ohne Schmierbohrung.
Innenringe LR
Bei den Innenringe LR ist die Laufbahn geschliffen. Die Stirnflächen sind gedreht, die Kanten gebrochen. Diese Ringe haben größere Toleranzen als die Ringe IR. Sie sind damit für Anwendungen geeignet, die größere Toleranzen in der Breite und weniger hohe Anforderungen im Planlauf erlauben.
