Registration of KINEX packs design in Russia

KINEX has accepted the protection of packs by submission of industrial patent submission of pack design.
The certificate of design registration is valid on another one market – RUSSIA.
Only KINEX companies are legitimated to use the KINEX trademark and registered packs.
Any other companies do not have the right to legally use the trademark and fakes of packs of KINEX; if they act this way they act out of accord with valid arrangement.
